Email from a Recent Customer

Hi Ryan:
When you visited to look at my computer problem...the question in my mind was: 'Is this guy as honest and competent as his ad displays?'
You proved to be more than equal to your ad displayed. You not only fixed my computer which turned out to be a simple problem; however, a problem which caused major difficulties with me doing my research work. And, you did not try to pay for your home with your repair bill. The charge was "fair" and decent and I was happy to pay for the excellent work that you did.
It is now about a month or so later and my computer is still operating very well. I thought of you and felt somewhat guilty for not writing about your service earlier as I had promised. As I told you after you were finished with the repair: I thought and still think that everyone should know about you and your great service. You are like my auto mechanic...who I have had as my mechanic since about 1995 or so...it is like: when you find a great someone or something...you stay with it or him/her.
You are my computer person now...whether you like it or not. I value your service.
