I think East Sacramento is the best neighborhood in Sacramento. But I also feel like it can be improved. Personally, I think that the Save-Mart shopping area across from McDonalds is an eye sore and not at all up to the up to East Sac standards. First of all, there are no trees in the parking area, i think there are a few along the perimeter but the middle of the lot is tree-less, dirty, oil stained and the parking stalls are ridiculously small.
Furthermore, Is Save Mart the best we can do? The store is small and dirty, it hardly seems like an appropriate grocery store for a neighborhood in which the median home price is a half million dollars. No wonder Trader Joe's is doing such great business.
What are your thoughts?
